Deposit Limits

Withdrawal Limits & Processing

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
66zzapp operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, collusion, cheating, money laundering, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform or causes harm to other players or to 66zzapp. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Account & Identity Fraud
- Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same name or a different name.
- Providing false personal information, a false date of birth, or fraudulent identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
- Selling, transferring, or purchasing a 66zzapp account from or to another person.
Payment Fraud
- Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile operator in bad faith after receiving services from the Platform.
- Using the Platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity.
- Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay (structuring transactions to abuse the cashier).
Game Integrity
- Using automated bots, scripts, AI-driven software, or any other automated tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploits are void and will be reversed.
- Colluding with other players at live dealer tables, poker rooms, or sports betting exchanges to manipulate outcomes.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where 66zzapp determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- Immediately suspend or permanently close the account.
- Void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct.
- Withhold and forfeit all or part of the account balance.
- Report the activity to relevant financial institutions or law enforcement authorities.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses, even if 66zzapp has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 66zzapp's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 66zzapp account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability
66zzapp provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.5% uptime, we make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to registered players via email at least 2 hours in advance wherever possible. Bets that are confirmed and accepted by the Platform prior to any outage remain valid. 10. Amendments & Account Termination
Amendments to These Terms
66zzapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and post a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates that do not alter player rights or obligations) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Voluntary Account Closure

Termination by 66zzapp
66zzapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
- Inactivity exceeding 24 months with no response to re-engagement communications.
Upon termination for breach, 66zzapp may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Credits) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
